1. Shipping Information
Order Processing Time
  • We aim to process and ship all orders within 5 business days of purchase.
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States, European Union, and select international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at bonjour@verdoie.com for assistance.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
  • United States: Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once dispatched.
  • European Union: Standard shipping takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Rest of the World: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Please note: Verdoie is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or force majeure events affecting delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
  • U.S. Orders: No additional customs fees. Sales tax may apply based on state laws.
  • European Orders: VAT and duties may be applied at checkout or upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.

2. Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your Verdoie purchase, but if something isn’t right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact us at bonjour@verdoie.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days (for U.S. orders) and 7-10 business days (for international orders).
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking information.
  • If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local postal service.
  • If your package is still missing, contact us at bonjour@verdoie.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged Items
  • If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the damage.
  • We will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on stock availability.
